REFUND/CANCELLATION/RETURN POLICY
Artists/schedules/restaurants/vendors are subject to change. You are purchasing a ticket to the festival and not a particular show. This is a rain or shine event. Any and all payments made to the The Vero Beach Blues Festival / Latitude-88, Inc. are not refundable for any reason, including, without limitation, failure to use credentials due to illness, acts of God, travel-related problems, acts of terrorism, loss of employment, duplicate purchases, or any other form of disruption. No exceptions. In the event the festival is postponed and rescheduled, all purchasers agree to accept a re-issued ticket/VIP pass in lieu of any refunds, claims, chargebacks, or other relief. Use of this online site affirms your agreement to waive and release all claims against the festival for refunds, chargebacks, reimbursement, or other relief for any reason. All purchasers using this site hereby waive and release any and all rights to seek chargebacks with their credit card companies and/or bank. Travel insurance is encouraged, and there are many companies who provide this service.
This festival presents multiple artists over a two day event, and some artists may cancel due to medical or other hardships beyond the control of the festival. ARTISTS MAY BE SUBJECT TO CHANGE, and buyers agree to accept replacement artists and waive all rights to seek refunds, credit card chargebacks, or any other compensation if artists must be changed due to no fault of promoter / Latitude-88, Inc.
General Admission Tickets are considered non-assigned lawn seating with access to seating inside the big Blues Lounge tent as well as the large Dining Tent (First Come First Serve) The Blues Lounge has seating for approx 600 at any given moment with tables, chairs and a large full liquor bar! Small handheld Umbrellas are allowed behind the umbrella line. Blankets, and chairs are welcome!
