Dottie Kelly was born in West Palm Beach, FL where she sang in a Baptist church leading to discovering her vocal talents. Dottie has traveled to various states, and opened for many artists from around the world. Those experiences mixed with pure raw talent, have made her a bona fide blues & soul singer.
